I believe in sleep that restores not just your baby, but your whole family. In routines that feel like connection, not conflict. I believe in those small, sacred moments  the bedtime snuggles, the quiet coffee before the house wakes, the joy of knowing you're not just surviving the day, but enjoying it.

That’s why I do what I do now. To take the guesswork, guilt, and overwhelm out of sleep training.




I became a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant after seeing how deeply sleep struggles affect both children and parents. When families aren't sleeping, everything feels harder. 

Through learning about healthy sleep habits and evidence-based approaches, I realized how powerful the right guidance can be. My  goal is to help families move from exhaustion and uncertainty to confidence and rest- with a plan that truly works for their child.

Before becoming a sleep consultant, I worked in healthcare as a pediatric Dental Hygienist, where I spent years helping children feel comfortable and supporting parents through their child's care.  That experience gave me a strong foundation in evidence-based guidance, patience, and understanding how small routines can make a big difference for families..
