I believe in sleep that restores—not just your baby, but your whole family. In routines that feel like connection, not conflict. I believe in those small, sacred moments — the bedtime snuggles, the quiet coffee before the house wakes, the joy of knowing you're not just surviving the day, but enjoying it.

That’s why I do what I do now — to take the guesswork, guilt, and overwhelm out of sleep training.




I became a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant after seeing how deeply sleep struggles affect both children and parents. When families aren't sleeping, everything feels harder. 

Through learning about healthy sleep habits and evidence-based approaches, I realized how powerful the right guidance can be. My  goal is to help families move from exhaustion and uncertainty to confidence and rest- with a plan that truly works for their child.

Before becoming a sleep consultant, I worked in healthcare as a pediatric dental hygienist, where I spent years helping children feel comfortable and supporting parents through their child's care.  That experience gave me a strong foundation in evidence-based guidance, patience, and understanding how small routines can make a big difference for families..
